Shipping Policy

Domestic Customers

All shipping rates are available upon checkout.

Item Availability & Partial Shipping

We recommend placing In-Stock orders and Pre-Orders separately. If you place an order containing both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, the whole order will be held until all products are available to ship. If you have any difficulties or questions, please contact us

 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as moved without a forwarding address, incorrect address or not at home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Failure to respond to our email regarding reshipment will result in a full refund of the order minus any shipping fees.

 

Missing Items, Stolen Packages or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

You may file a claim missing items, lost or stolen packages within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to begin the process. We will request that you exhaust all efforts to locate the package in and around your delivery.

 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. If your package is held and subsequently unclaimed from your local customs office for any reason and is returned to us, we will refund the order minus any return shipping fees.

 

Stolen or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

You may file a lost or stolen package claim within 5 days of delivery. Contact us to begin the process. We request that you exhaust all efforts to locate the package in and around your delivery.
