PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COST UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

Returns Policy

We do everything possible to ensure your beloved collectibles arrive in the best condition possible, however, shipping, handling and even manufacturing oddities can be difficult to defend against. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all orders.

All return claims must be filed no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification by our returns department.

 

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Deposit Only

All deposits made are classified as non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Pay-in-Full

If a pay-in-full order is cancelled within 2 days of the order date, a full refund will be given.  If the order is cancelled after 2 days, the deposit amount for that particular statue will be kept, the remaining amount of the item price will be refunded.

Flexpay / Payment Plan

The initial deposit for a flexpay order is non-refundable.  All subsequent payments are refundable.

Store Credit / Gift Cards

Orders paid for with store credit and/or gift cards are non-refundable.

 

New Unopened, Unused or Unwanted Items

You may return any new unopened, unused or unwanted items within 30 days. The packaging must be in the same condition as when originally received. When choosing to return an item yourself, using a service of your choice, you are solely responsible for the cost charged by the chosen service. Pop Culture Art will not reimburse you for any costs or fees incurred. Pop Culture Art is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned by you, the customer.

Any opened items, items that are removed from their original packaging, items having visible indications that the packaging was opened or opened cases that are no longer factory sealed are not eligible for return.

If you changed your mind on an item, in Stock orders may be returned within 3 days of receiving an item(s). All items must be in brand new/sealed condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. A refund will be sent within 7-10 days of receiving the item back to our warehouse.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

All Defect and Damage Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. The order/invoice number and images indicating the issue must also accompany each claim.

Pop Culture Art does not accept responsibility for manufacturing defects, but we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Any defective item or any item deemed to be damaged in transit may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item pending item availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item. Contact us to begin processing your claim.

IMPORTANT: Minor cosmetic paint issues and manufacturer packaging issues do not qualify as damaged or defective product. If you are a serious collector, you may request that all items are shipped as MINT ONLY or you may purchase any of our Collectors Grade Products to ensure the best quality product for your order.

 

Lost Items

If an item is lost in transit,  a refund or replacement will be given to the customer.

 

Domestic Return Shipping Fees

If the return is because of our error, or a damaged or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees.

If the return is for any other reason than stated above, Pop Culture Art is not responsible for any return shipping fees. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. Pop Culture Art is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

International Customers Return Shipping Fees

If the return is because of our error, or a damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund based on what it would reasonably cost to ship the item back to us using the most efficient service available. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipment of the package and paying for the actual shipping fees.

If the return is for any other reason than stated above, Pop Culture Art is not responsible for any return shipping fees. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. Pop Culture Art is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), Customer Service will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undelivered shipments. If customs dispose of your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

 

All orders are non-transferrable.

 

Refunds

We issue refunds on returns only after the product has been received and processed. Please allow for 1-2 Business days processing. Depending on your payment method, refunds are posted as indicated below:

Credit Cards: 3-5 business days to post.
